Description

Bryn Mawr College Student Health Center seeks candidates for the position of Associate Director of Counseling Services.  This is a benefits eligible 0.80FTE position.  35 hours per week for 39 weeks during the academic year.

Responsible to the Director of Counseling Services in the College Health Services, the Associate Director of the Counseling Services will provide clinical services to students and assist the Counseling Director in the leadership and management of the Counseling Service.  These responsibilities may include oversight of programs, services, and operations as well as accountability to ensure high quality and timely service delivery to students.  At least 80% of the Associate Director’s time will be utilized in providing direct clinical services (therapy, assessment, monitoring client contacts, crises response and appropriate referrals), and 

Requirements

Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field from an accredited program.  Five years of clinical/counseling experience in a college counseling center.  The ideal candidate will also have a demonstrated history of healthy working relationships and a collaborative style.  Candidates must provide current copies of their license and malpractice insurance.
